What is it?

Morpheus8 is a deep fractional radiofrequency treatment that delivers exceptional skin, tissue and collagen remodeling to improve skin appearance and reduce irregularities.

 

How does it work?

Microneedles are inserted into the subdermal layer of the skin and emit radio frequency waves/heat to remodel adipose tissue and to stimulate collagen/elastin production and repair.

Who is a candidate?

Morpheus8 and Morpheus body is great for all skin types and tone. 

 

Contraindications include: pregnancy or breastfeeding, uncontrolled auto immune disorders, history of keloids, pacemaker/defibrillator, current cancer, uncontrolled diabetes, prone to skin infections, Accutane within the previous 6 months, treatments over tattoos you want to stay. 

 

Does it hurt?

When you schedule your appointment we will provide you with a medical grade topical numbing that will be applied an hour before your procedure. We will also provide local anesthetic blocks depending on the treatment area 

 

What is the downtime?

Redness and swelling to be expected post treatment for approximately 1-3 days, swelling may take longer to resolve depending on depth and energy level of treatment (up to a week). Skin may be dry and peel for 2-7 days after treatment. 

 

How many sessions will I need?

We recommend three sessions spaced 3-6 weeks apart with maintenance sessions 1-2 times yearly

 

When will I see results?

The neocollagenesis (repair of collagen) will begin around day 30 give or take which is why it’s important to do three sessions spaced 3-6 weeks apart.
